The fourth day
The fourth day
Friends and our new home
We had some wonderful people over at our place today while our keepers Sue and Andi had to go to work. Thank you Jean and Clarissa Childs for taking care of us! I know it means a lot to Sue and Andi to have such good friends helping us out in a clinch.
The box that my keeper Andi built yesterday proves to work really fine. My babies are not sliding around anymore on the hard plastic of the baby pool. The towels were always sliding away and my little ones had a hard time to push themselves against me when they wanted to drink. The floor in our box is covered with a wonderful green “fake grass” carpet that can even be washed outside with the hose. On this ground my babies will learn fast how to get up on their four paws and walk their first steps.
When my keeper Andi came home from work today I actually thanked him by jumping out of my nest in order to wildely greet him at the door, just how I used to do it before the arrival of my bundle of joy. Of course I immediately ran back to my babies, but I think Andi realized that it is a big deal for me to actually leave the little ones alone, even for only a minute.
Suzanne weight my small babies for the third time and she seemed to be satisfied with the result. Andi immediately prepared new weight charts and posted them here.
